I have the honour to request your authority

for the sale by private treaty to the Wesleyan Methodist

Missionary Trust Association of an area of land on the

new Praya East reclamation shown coloured red on the

enclosed plan and measuring about five thousand two hundred

and thirty-two square feet, subject to the attached

terms and conditions.

These include inter alia premium

of $52,320.00, i.e. at the rate of $10 per square foot,

annual Crown Rent of $120, Building Covenant of $100,000,

and restriction of user of the lot to the purposes of

the Association.
